Questions

Frequently asked

What is in a red-flag report?

A short document issued early in the diligence listing the issues that could stop the transaction or change its price, so that the client can decide whether to proceed to the full report.

Do you cover environmental and regulatory compliance?

Yes. Consents, approvals, environmental status and safety systems are reviewed on site and against the statutory record.

Who conducts the diligence?

The same engineers and Chartered Accountants who deliver our TEV and valuation work, so that technical findings feed directly into the financial review.

How long does it take?

Three to six weeks depending on the number of sites and the state of the data room, with a red-flag report typically within the first two weeks.
