The head office and the national practice
The Dadar head office houses the leadership, the TEV and Lenders’ Independent Engineer practice, corporate valuations, finance and compliance. National portfolio mandates are run from here: project monitoring for State Bank of India across DHFL, KKR India Asset Finance and Afcons portfolios, and valuations for consortium lenders, asset reconstruction companies and resolution professionals.
Mumbai Metropolitan Region is also the firm’s largest single market, with assignments including 360 West at Worli, One Indiabulls Centre at Lower Parel, Auris Serenity at Malad, Avenue 54 at BKC, the Bhendi Bazaar cluster redevelopment, the Bhagwati Hospital redevelopment at Borivali and hotels from Juhu to Vikhroli.
