Karnataka: hotels, technology parks and residential portfolios

Bengaluru assignments are served by the Hyderabad office and the Mumbai head office. The Karnataka practice is weighted towards hospitality and large residential and commercial portfolios: valuations of JW Marriott Bengaluru (₹1,042 crore, for State Bank of India) and the Leela Palace, a TEV study for the Leela group’s Bengaluru property, and project monitoring for Bhartiya City, Karle Homes and Embassy Tech Village under the KKR India Asset Finance mandate for State Bank of India.

Other Karnataka work includes Reach-6 of the Bangalore Metro for Afcons, sugar complexes at Munoli, Athani, Havalga and Gokak in north Karnataka, and residential portfolios for Assetz, Century, Legacy Global, Royaume, Yusun and Unishire under the Altico Capital valuation.
