The Pune office serves lenders and projects across Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Satara, Kolhapur and the industrial belts of Chakan, Talegaon and Ranjangaon. It is led by the firm’s head of business development and staffed by engineers who conduct site inspections for valuation, TEV and monitoring assignments across western Maharashtra.

Regional assignments include the Crowne Plaza Pune valuation, Lenders’ Engineer work for the 250-bed Royal Mudhol Hospital and a TEV study for a 300-bed hospital, project monitoring for Puranik, Bellissimo and Guardian Homes developments for KKR India Asset Finance and State Bank of India, valuations for Purvankara, Marvel, Sanjivani and Kolte-Patil projects, and TEV studies for biomass power at Lonand and Keys hotel developments.
