The Hyderabad office serves lenders across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and supports the Bengaluru practice. Its engineers monitor the Kaleshwaram project’s Annaram barrage and Mallanna Sagar reservoir for State Bank of India and have inspected thermal plants across the two states, including East Coast Power (1,320 MW), Hinduja National Power (1,040 MW) and the KSK, Lanco and Konaseema projects.

Real-estate work from this office includes valuations for Phoenix Group, Manjeera Retail Holdings, Incor Lake City and Aditya Capitol Heights under the Altico Capital mandate, project monitoring for Ramky Estates and Dormous developments, the IIT Hyderabad and Phoenix 285 contracts of Shapoorji Pallonji, and SBQ Steels at Nellore for State Bank of India.
